Here's some hot threads going on right now around Creative COW!
Apple Final Cut Pro Forum :
Rotoscoping
I have a series of stills that are a part of a stop motion sequence. I have to do some rotoscoping frame by frame. I want to be able to toggle between frames as I correct each one. What is the best way to do this? What program should I use?
Business & Marketing Forum :
How to handle this situation?
This job was supposed to take a week to complete, and though I have done only a week's work, this waiting game is about to have a serious impact on my finances. What is the best way to go about this? I don't want to "sit tight" until its too late, we lose the job and I get screwed, but at the same time, I don't want to alienate a client. Can I ask them for payment for the work I have done? Do I have to suck it up and wait it out? What would you do?
Adobe After Effects Forum :
"Pin mould" animation effect for text
I must admit that I'm a little stumped! I could model the pins in Blender 3D and use physical modelling to re-create the way the pins will interact with the "text" underneath the pin mould but this sounds very time-consuming!
Please may I ask if anyone has any great ideas about how to model a pin-mold in AE?!
