Somewhat OT - faster encoding times?
Is there anything that can speed up the encoding process? I have at home an Elgato Turbo, but that seems to be consumer grade and doesn't appear to work with AE.

Control Surface
Has anyone found or does anyone use a control surface for Premier? I find my hand gets pretty cramped after some long days of careful editing and cutting and trimming. If someone made a good control surface, perhaps with buttons and rollers to manipulate clips and tracks, I'm sure that would make my life much easier.
